Thanks to our initiative and cooperation with PSIK and PFR Ventures, the Ministry of Finance introduced a favorable amendment to the Accounting Act, exempting VC funds from the obligation to consolidate financial statements. We have also secured numerous favorable tax rulings for our clients.
