AIF Regulatory Reporting

Managers of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) are required to submit periodic analytical information to the national supervisory authority. AIF managers operating on the basis of registration with the KNF are subject to an annual reporting obligation in XML format. For the year 2024, AIF managers are required to submit the XML report in the ESPI system by January 31, 2025.
